A50-IC1 Advanced Pet Cremation Machine

Part of the advanced ‘Plus’ range of Multi-Chambered Pet Cremation Machines for highly productive Pet Crematoriums.

The A50-IC(1) range provides highly optimised solutions for securely managing individual pet cremations enabling the processing of up to 15 pet cremations in a day.

Using Hot Hearth principles of cremation, heat distribution is optimised from being heated underneath the primary chamber floor. Effectively preventing cold spots from forming underneath animals in the primary chamber allowing high-quality results and shorter cremation times.

Working on a rotating system of cremation. The upper chamber is loaded with the pet for cremation. Once nearing completion the ash and remnants are pulled into the lower finishing chamber. Enabling the upper chamber to be cleaned prior to the next animal being loaded. The ashes from the first animal are individually removed from the finishing chamber. This allows for a higher process rate than a traditional single chamber machine.

Specifically developed to meet the demands of larger pet cremation providers. There currently are no other Multiple Pet Cremation machines available that meet the same level of productivity as the A50-IC range.

Constructed with an advanced three-layered refractory. Keeping heat inside the incinerator allowing a more comfortable operation while drastically reducing your operating costs by up to 40%.

Having a simple to use control panel delivering quick access to key functions. With a safe start and stop function, hydraulic controlled doors and electronic fan assisted heat management all accessible from one central location.  Smart technology enables automatic recognition and optimisation between fresh or frozen carcasses ensuring the most efficient operation available.

PET-200 Pet Cremation Machine

The Addfield PET-200 is a front loading pet cremator with a chamber size of 0.63m3, this machine, it is suitable for domestic animals from birds, cats and dogs. With hot hearth technology this machine is designed to give a productive clean and efficient cremation.

The PET200 has been highly optimised  for securely managing individual pet cremations enabling the processing an average of up to 7 pet cremations in a day.

‘Hot Hearth’ technology heats the main chamber from above and below, creating a 360 penetration of heat directed at the remains.

During the cycle, the main chamber burner fires to full temperature, whilst the main direct waste burner pulse fires to retain optimum combustion.

The Burners on our machines have an automatic shut off when front door open –Ergonomically designed for your comfort and ease of use ,the front door is placed at waist height.

Adding additional modules are more cost effective means to increasing capacity without buying a entirely new unit. Adding additional modules reuse common components from the host machine such as the after chamber and share a single chimney stack.

A maximum of two additional modules can be added to the left and right of the host machine. These modules need to be specified at the time of order.

TB-AB AQUA – Addfield Large Fish Incinerator

The top loading TB-AB Aqua, with a load capacity up to 2000kg has an impact resistant refractory seal which protects the incinerators from thuds and bangs inevitably caused when loading.

The pulse fired burners keep the primary chamber at the correct temperature needed to burn waste from fisheries, this coupled together with the airtight seal around the lid means that they are operating at maximum 100% maximum efficiency.

This also means the incinerator is virtually odourless since the smell has little room to escape and there is no leakage from waste loaded.

Thunder 1000 (1000kg) – Addfield Aquaculture Incinerator

The Thunder 1000, with a load capacity up to 1000kg is the preferred choice of machine for the aquaculture industry. It has been specifically designed to destroy high moisture, low calorific waste found in fish processing operations.

The specific design of the Thunder 1000 was collaborated together with aquacultural experts to ensure all requirement were met.

GM1300 Addfield Large Medical Incinerator

GM1300 medical incinerator is a highly powerful, robust, incineration system. It’s top loading design is sized to ensure large waste loads of medical, biological, pathological and clinical waste are treated in a fast efficient manner.

Its bulk load design makes the GM1300 machine specifically useful for handling large items such as mattresses, it is also extremely useful when disposing of high volume waste, such as surgical dressings, bed linen and loose plastics whilst also being able to handle traditional ‘yellow bag’ and ‘red bag’ waste streams.

The GM1300 machine incorporates a secondary after chamber with a two second retention time at 1100°C as per World Health Organisation (WHO) guidelines, ensuring smokeless operation.

GM750 Addfield Healthcare Waste Incinerator

The GM750 is Robust, Reliable and Efficient healthcare waste incinerator it has a 750kg load capacity.

The GM750 with its top loading design ensures a sealed leak proof loading chamber, suitable for a wide variety of clinical waste types.

Like all of our GM series the machine can be manually loaded by hand, mechanically loaded by JCB, or Tele Handler, or a bin tipper system can be fabricated to the front of the machine, the bin tipping system is capable of loading a 240, 770 or 1100 litre medical waste bins at any one time.

GM350 Addfield Veterinary Waste Incinerator

The Addfield GM350 is a small to medium sized waste incinerator. The machine is designed so that waste is loaded via the lid, the counter balance design allows the waste to be loaded manually or mechanically.

Addfield medical waste incinerators will render clinical waste to approximately 0-5% fine sterile ash, depending on the loaded waste composition.

The highly powerful GM350 utilises one combustion chamber burner and one secondary after chamber burner.

With a load capacity of 350kg, the GM350 is suitable for a wide range of yellow bag, clinical waste. Including syringes, needles, bandages, packaging and drugs etc.
