The A50-IC(4) provides a highly optimised solutions for securely managing multiple simultaneous individual pet cremations enabling the processing of up to 60 pet cremations in a day.

Using Hot Hearth principles of cremation, heat distribution is optimised from being heated underneath the primary chamber floor. Effectively preventing cold spots from forming underneath animals in the primary chamber allowing high-quality results and shorter cremation times.

Working on a rotating system of cremation. The upper chamber is loaded with the pet due for cremation. Once nearing completion the ash and remnants are pulled into the lower finishing chamber. Enabling the upper chamber to be cleaned prior to the next animal is loaded. The ashes from the first animal are individually removed from the finishing chamber. This allows for a higher process rate than a traditional single chamber machine.

The Addfield TB-AB cremation machine is our largest top loading equine cremation unit, with an internal chamber size of 4.18m³, the TBAB is capable of handling the largest of horses.

This large horse cremation machine is suitable for mass cremation, larger pets and equine.

The TB-AB is a low capacity incinerator which burns up to <50kg per hour (Higher burn rates also available please ask).

The machine is equipped as standard with an easy to use touch screen PLC controller, allowing for full configuration of machine settings should you wish.

This system incorporates, high-low burn cycles and a data logging facility to monitor the machine’s performance.

Equally if the user wishes to deviate from the touch screen they can simply press the ‘Start’ button, the machines fully automatic cycle will begin.

Once this cycle has started, the machine needs little if any human intervention, the operator can leave the machine unattended to completion and the subsequent cool down process safely finalises.

The machine is fitted with an integrated excess air and rapid cooling system that forms two functions.

1. The first is to aid the burning process by injecting additional combustion air to supplement the cremation process, reduce fuel and increase burn times.
2. The second is to safely and rapidly cool the refractory wall after a cycle completion this increases turnaround times dramaticaly.

The Addfield PET-200 is a front loading pet cremator with a chamber size of 0.63m3, this machine, it is suitable for domestic animals from birds, cats and dogs. With hot hearth technology this machine is designed to give a productive clean and efficient cremation.

The PET200 has been highly optimised  for securely managing individual pet cremations enabling the processing an average of up to 7 pet cremations in a day.

‘Hot Hearth’ technology heats the main chamber from above and below, creating a 360 penetration of heat directed at the remains.

During the cycle, the main chamber burner fires to full temperature, whilst the main direct waste burner pulse fires to retain optimum combustion.

The Burners on our machines have an automatic shut off when front door open –Ergonomically designed for your comfort and ease of use ,the front door is placed at waist height.

Adding additional modules are more cost effective means to increasing capacity without buying a entirely new unit. Adding additional modules reuse common components from the host machine such as the after chamber and share a single chimney stack.

A maximum of two additional modules can be added to the left and right of the host machine. These modules need to be specified at the time of order.
