Addfield Containerised Units are permanently housed in a modified 20ft high cube shipping container. With “a ready to go installation” and a simple process that requires only a single operator for minimal user interaction.

The container option offers the flexibility of easily transferring the incinerator to the desired location or emergency locality for immediate use, as well as being ideal for extra protection from the elements, vandalism and wildlife, the container unit has the added benefit of cover without the need for the machine to be housed inside a building.

Addfield – Rapid1000 Mobile Incinerator

The Rapid 1000 is one of the most robust, reliable and thermally efficient large scale incinerators on the market.

It is also one of the easiest to operate once training has been completed. Only one operator is needed throughout the whole process and this user only needs to perform minimal interaction. The hydraulically operated top loading lid is easily opened and closed whilst the plc controller can be preset with the cycle programme or entered manually if the operator has been fully trained. The rest is taken over by the Addfield machine. The hearth bar arrangement heats the waste from above and below to allow such a high burn rate and the progressive latching system ensures that there is a tight seal around the lid so there is limited thermal loss. The incinerator will maintain optimum burn temperatures throughout the cycle, which are displayed on the PLC Controller, until the end of the cycle where it reaches the automatic cool down process in preparation for de-ashing and reloading. Only about 3% of ash will be found in the chamber once the lid is opened.

The Labmaster 25 is our ultra-compact laboratory waste incineration machine, ideal for disposing of medical waste types including syringes, surgical tools and protective clothing.

Manufactured with a load capacity of 10kg and a burn rate of 10kg/hr, the Labmaster 25 offers quick and efficient incineration of material and allows for multiple loads per day.

The on-site installation of this machine is very straightforward, and operating the incinerator has never been easier due to our user- friendly, AIC controller and its plug and play system. Waste can be loaded through the front-loading door access area, with the remaining ash residue being removed before the next cycle.

Built with a two-chamber, vertical design, consisting of the primary loading chamber and the secondary combustion chamber, the Labmaster 25 offers a smoke and odourless incineration process.

Advanced Multiple Chambered Pet Cremation Machine for highly productive Pet Crematoriums

The A50-IC(4) provides a highly optimised solutions for securely managing multiple simultaneous individual pet cremations enabling the processing of up to 60 pet cremations in a day.

Using Hot Hearth principles of cremation, heat distribution is optimised from being heated underneath the primary chamber floor. Effectively preventing cold spots from forming underneath animals in the primary chamber allowing high-quality results and shorter cremation times.

Working on a rotating system of cremation. The upper chamber is loaded with the pet due for cremation. Once nearing completion the ash and remnants are pulled into the lower finishing chamber. TB-AB Double Equine Cremator

The Addfield TB-AB cremation machine is our largest top loading equine cremation unit, with an internal chamber size of 4.18m³, the TBAB is capable of handling the largest of horses.

This large horse cremation machine is suitable for mass cremation, larger pets and equine.

The TB-AB is a low capacity incinerator which burns up to <50kg per hour (Higher burn rates also available please ask).

The machine is equipped as standard with an easy to use touch screen PLC controller, allowing for full configuration of machine settings should you wish.

This system incorporates, high-low burn cycles and a data logging facility to monitor the machine’s performance.

Equally if the user wishes to deviate from the touch screen they can simply press the ‘Start’ button, the machines fully automatic cycle will begin.
